Dance this to "Choros Tou Zorba (II) - That's Me Zorba" by Mikis Theodorakis, "Zorba the Greek" by Mexican Border Brass Ensemble, or "Zorba the Greek (Club Version)" or "Zorba the Greek (Jumpin Jack Mix) by Fun-Tastic-3. This is a 4-wall, 6-segment, 8-count dance. Each step is show below from the side.

Place your right foot forward, but retain your body weight on your left foot.

Swivel your right foot to the right.

Swivel your right foot back to the front.

Bring your right foot back together with your left and place your weight on it.

Place your left foot forward, but retain your body weight on your right foot.

Swivel your left foot to the left.

Swivel your left foot back to the front.

Bring your left foot back together with your right and place your weight on it.

Step your right foot backwards.

Bring your left foot together with your right, but don't step down.

Step your left foot backwards.

Bring your right foot together with your left, but don't step down.

Step your right foot backwards.

This beat begins a march. Bring your left foot together with your right foot keeping your knee high.

Step your left foot down on 7, bring your right knee up on 7&.

Step your right foot down on 8 and place your weight on it, ending the march.

The next four beats is a jazz box with a turn. Bring your left foot in front, but turn it so your body will begin to face the left wall.

Bring your right foot around and step to the side, keeping the right foot farther back than the left.

Bring your left foot back and in line with your right.

Bring your right foot to your left foot. This completes the jazz turn. Notice that you are now facing a new wall.

The next four beats is a jazz box. Step your left foot forward and slightly to the right of the left.

Step your right foot to the right and still behind you.

Bring your left foot back and in line with your right.

Bring your right foot to your left foot, and place your weight on it.

The next eight beats are a weave to the right. The pictures don't show this well, because the viewing angle of the camera is small. On beat 1, bring your left foot behind your right and behind your body.

Step your right foot to the right.

Bring your left foot in FRONT of and to the right of your right foot.

Step your right foot to the right.

Bring your left foot BEHIND and to the right of your right foot.

Step your right foot to the right.

Bring your left foot in FRONT of and to the right of your right foot.

Kick your right foot in the air. You can also clap and whoop if you like...think Italian!

The next eight beats are a weave to the left. Bring your right foot behind your left and behind your body. Again, the amount you move to the left depends on available space.

Step your left foot to the left.

Bring your right foot in FRONT of and to the left of your left foot.

Step your left foot to the left.

Bring your right foot BEHIND and to the left of your left foot.

Step your left foot to the left.

Bring your right foot in FRONT of and to the left of your left foot.

Kick your left foot in the air. Again, think Italian!

The next eight beats move you forward. Step left forward.

Bring your right foot forward, but don't step down.

Bring your right foot forward and down.

Bring your left foot forward, but don't step down.

Bring your left foot forward and down, beginning a march. On beat 5&, raise your right knee.

March in place. Put your right foot down. On beat 6&, raise your left knee.

Put your left foot down. On beat 7&, raise your right knee.

Put your right foot down.
